Counters

• CPT Channel Counters!  CC60 and CC120, Automatic counting machines rated at up to 120 bottles per minute of 100 count. Complete with dual bottle drop, conveyor, indexing, product memory controls, auto lift for bottle heights. All stainless steel contact parts. No change parts required - will count any size, any shape with no extra tooling
• A new Dietz system which includes indexing, conveyer. Can handle all types of capsules, tablets and softgels, no change parts required. Unit is rated at 1500 #0 capsules/minute.
• King TC12 Electronic Vibratory Counter-12 Track Channel Counter, 8' double wide conveyor and bottle indexing system. Will count from 1-9999 and can fill two bottles simultaneously. All stainless steel. In great condition.
• TB4 King counter-In excellent condition. All stainless steel and mounted on a stand. Unit has indexing system, no conveyor. Conveyor can be added at additional cost.Will count any size or shape capsule, tablet or softgel. No change parts needed.
• TB5 King Counter-Will count any size or shape capsule, tablet or softgel. No change parts needed. Rated at 4000 tpm of 5mm and 2500 tpm of 15mm.

Cappers and Cap Tightners

• "New" Cappers - Manual 1 head chuck, Semi-automatic spindle type, Semi-automatic capping for (aluminum caps, ROPP), Fully automatic capper. Up to 110mm caps

• 1997 Keed Envelope Machine - filling granular or coarse into 2x3 or 3x5 pouches.
• Perry E-1300 Semi-Automatic Powder Filler - All stainless steel design looks new. Complete with variable speed drive, agitator, interval and indexing speeds. Durant PLC controls for dose control, purge valve and gauge, vacuum gauge, dose meter. Complete with three hopper styles.
• Mira Pak Model B Pouch Powder Filler -12 head powder pouch filling machine set up to do 3" wide bags of any length.
• Pouch Fillers for fine, granular powders. Will also fill tablets. Rated at 60 to 120 pouches per minute. Can fill OPP+PE, OPP+PP, PET, Aluminum foil, Paper Laminations, etc. packaging materials. 3 or 4 side seal.
• Per-Fill PF11W Powder Filler - Complete with E200 control system and touch pad controls. System also includes R5002 Metler Scale for up to 5100 grams at .01 increments, pedestool and Jaguar SC491 readout and control system for autofil and weight check.
• Tube Fillers - for  metal or plastic tubes. Semi-automatic or fully automatic rated up to 40 tubes per minute.

Cottoners

• Gentile Cottoner 48060-automatic cottoning machine in excellent condition and is rated at 60 bottles per minute. All stainless steel construction and will mount over existing conveyor.
• Lakso Model 52 - Single head automatic cotton insertion machine rated at 100 strokes per minute.
• Lakso Cottoner Model 72 - Dual head automatic cotton insertion machine rated at 100 strokes per minute.

Ovens, Heat Tunnels

• "New" heat tunnels various sizes available
• MP-256C-1 Oven- In Excellent Condition with Programmable control with a range of 15 degrees C above ambient to 343 degrees C.
• Axon heat tunnel - stainless steel conveyor 9' L x 6" W
• Castle Autoclave-Approximately 6 cubic feet.

Conveyors and feed/collection tables

• Accumulation Tables - variations available in 36", 48" and 60"stainless steel. variable speed control, 1/4 hp DC drive gear motor. Fully shrouded in stainless steel. Stainless steel table with .25" aluminum support plate, adjustable legs and swivel feet. Soft table stabilizers for smooth & quite rotation.
• 4 rotary turn tables in excellent condition. 36" diameter. 1 set 115v 1ph, 2nd set 220v 3ph.
• Unscrambler Tables - variations available in 36", 48" and 60" stainless steel variable speed control, 1/4 hp DC drive gear motor. Fully shrouded in stainless steel. Stainless steel table with .25" aluminum support plate, adjustable legs and swivel feet. Soft table stabilizers for smooth & quite rotation.
• 48" reverse direction tables, vari-speed.
• Construded Aluminum Conveyors, also available in stainless steel., sold by the foot.
• 90 deg. Conveyor Power Turns
• Stainless steel conveyors - 4' to 24' in length.  Height adjustable, variable speed control, 1/4 hp DC drive gear motor, stainless steel with smooth side design, 4.5" Delrin conveyor chain, adjustable guides (vertical and horizontal) included for the entire length of chain. Conveyors over 12' in length are made in two equal sections. Adjustable legs and swivel feet.
