A highly versatile filling system that will fill a wide range of corrosive or aggressive products such as acid solutions like etching chemicals, lime and calcium removers, pH lowering chemicals, vinegar, citrus concentrates, bleaches, brine solutions and more.

There are many instances where the products that are being packaged can create an environment that can be damaging to the exterior components. Acids and bleaches in chemical packaging plants and brine and sugar solutions in food packaging lines can actually contribute to a condition where the factory air can affect the external parts of the machines. For those situations, we offer special coatings on structural and other exposed machinery components, as well as chemical resistant plastics, as a substitute for metal whenever practical. Special powder and industrial polymer coatings, UHMW, silicones and Teflon plastics are often used to seal any exposed metal from exposure.
