This is a brand new
computer controlled programmable capper
torquer. It is primarily suited for
conveyor lines where rapid capping or
torquing of various amounts of bottles or
containers is required.
Caps are
started onto containers manually and then
sent by conveyor to be torqued. The
capper is equipped with sensors which detect
containers positioned for cap torquing.
The capping torque cycle goes to stand-by,
or stop when no container is detected.
This unit
uses a 110 Volt A/C Control Box, equipped
with a Panasonic Programmable Logic
Controller and touch screen pad. With
required compressed air
supplied, the capper/torquer portion is
powered pneumatically upon commands from the
controller. The controller and
capper are also capable of manual operation.
If
your system already uses handheld pneumatic
capping drivers, this unit can be modified
to incorporate your existing equipment.
NOTE:
This system requires a conveyor with a
length of no less than 5 feet. The
price listed here includes a motorized
conveyor.
